Week two is about a whole new booty challenge: The Commercial Break Challenge!
There’s absolutely no excuse, guys and gals! Instead of wasting your time watching or listening to dull and repetitive commercials, why not take on this challenge and make good use of your time? For each day of the week, we’ve come up with some really great, fun ways to strengthen and tone your booty! Need additional motivation? Grab your roommate, friend, partner – even the kids! Gather ’round the TV and get to booty shaping!
