Here are some tiny actions that make a big difference!
• Set positive affirmation reminders on your phone that will pop up at random times of the day.
• Make your passwords positive, for instance “Iam!thebest123,” or “life15good.” Or use your savings goal, like “twentyfivethou$and.” Or where you’re dreaming of traveling next year: “Tokyo2019.”
• Celebrate small wins. Maybe you ate healthy meals one day, meditated two days in a row, or held your tongue instead of engaging in a fight with a friend. Say to yourself, “Great job!” Because success in life is a series of small wins.
