Why does winning feel so good?

That’s the brain’s reward system at work. Winning triggers your brain to release dopamine, the ‘feel-good’ chemical. Dopamine is the neurotransmitter that’s responsible for that feeling of pleasure you get when you win.

It’s the brain’s way to reinforce that behavior and motivate you for better future performances!
